However, regardless of the chosen method, you are not allowed to initiate or participate in any class action or representative action against the company. By using the website or our services, you agree to this arbitration agreement, waiving your right to go to court, except for small-claims court matters. Your rights will be determined by a neutral arbitrator, and the arbitrator's decisions are enforceable in court. Any litigation related to this arbitration agreement, except for small-claims court actions, can only be brought in federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of California, with the arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the website, making reservations, or applying for our services through our agents. Please note that we do not sell, organize, or arrange packages, and we are not responsible for the proper performance of any additional travel services. The information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
Neither you nor the person for whom you are purchasing tickets are currently subject to any sanctions imposed by the EU, the United Nations Security Council, the US government, or any other relevant authorities that would prohibit you from using our services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny access to this website and our services to anyone at any time for any reason, including a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions
Our services are intended for personal use only, and you may only book tickets on behalf of yourself or someone for whom you have permission.
Name changes on tickets are not allowed, and only the original passenger listed on the ticket can use it.
Please note that airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and service fees may be non-refundable. If refunds or exchanges are permitted according to the fare rules, a processing fee of $250 per person will be charged, in addition to any fees imposed by the carrier or provider. The specific fees will depend on the terms and conditions of the provider.
When canceling a reservation, you will not receive a monetary refund. Instead, you will receive a credit (minus any airline or hotel fees) that can be used towards a future ticket purchase of equal or greater value on long-haul international flights. This credit will be valid for up to twelve months from the original date of purchase.
No-show tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the reservation is canceled and rescheduled before the original departure date. Failure to use any reservation will result in the automatic cancellation of all subsequent and return flight reservations, and the tickets will be suspended. The tickets must be used in the sequence they were issued, and out-of-sequence usage is not allowed.
Travelers may have to pay additional fees at the airport if their checked items exceed the weight, size or number spelled out in the standard baggage allowance of the airline. Some airlines do not offer any free baggage allowance. Baggage allowance policies and baggage fees associated with checked or carry-on baggage vary widely and are subject to change by the airlines at any time.
Frequent traveler awards (miles, points etc.), upgrades, certificate vouchers and other discounts or incentives may not apply to Ticket Business Class flights, hotel stays, or other travel services. Additionally, mileage accrual may not apply to all tickets. Please discuss this with your agent for more information.
Please be aware that when you make a reservation and purchase travel-related goods and services, additional terms and conditions will apply. These terms and conditions will be specific to the airline, hotel, or other accommodation providers you choose. It is important to carefully read and understand these additional terms and conditions, which can be found on the websites of the respective suppliers.
By making a reservation with a specific supplier, you agree to comply with their terms and conditions, including making timely payments and adhering to their rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. Failure to make full payment in a timely manner may result in the cancellation of your booking. Some airline or hotel suppliers may require a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover any additional expenses incurred during your travel. It is important to note that such deposits are unrelated to any payment received by Ticket Business Class for your booking.
Certain third-party providers of services and activities may require you to sign a liability waiver before participating. It is your responsibility to comply with these rules and restrictions imposed by the suppliers. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation, denial of access to the travel product or services, forfeiture of any payments made for the reservation, and possible debiting of your account to cover any costs incurred as a result of the violation.
For international travel, it is essential that passengers have a valid passport, which must be presented for all international flights. It's important to note that certain countries may require additional travel documents such as visas or health cards. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure they have all the necessary travel documents at check-in. We strongly advise passengers to review visa requirements for all destinations, as some countries may require a transit visa, especially when transiting through airports in the European Union - Schengen Zone. It is recommended to contact the embassy of the country you are visiting or transiting through to obtain the most up-to-date visa requirements.
It's worth noting that some countries may have specific requirements for one-way travel, and passengers should ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for such travel. Visa information can also be obtained from the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. State Department or by contacting the embassies of the destination and transit countries, especially for holders of non-U.S. passports.
While most travel, including international travel, is generally safe, it's important to be aware that certain destinations may involve higher risks. We encourage passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the European Union and the United States Government before booking travel to international destinations. Information on country conditions and travel risks can be found on various official websites. However, please note that Ticket Business Class does not guarantee the advisability or safety of travel to any particular international destination, and we are not liable for any damages or losses that may result from travel to such destinations.
