United Airlines Flight Change Policy
United Airlines offers flexible flight change policies for its premium cabins, including United Polaris® (international business class) and United First® (domestic first class). Here's an overview of the key policies:
Flight Change Policy for United Polaris and United First
- No Change Fees: United has eliminated change fees for most premium cabin tickets, including United Polaris and United First, on flights within the U.S., and for international flights originating in the U.S.
- Fare Differences Apply: If your new flight costs more than your original, you'll need to pay the difference in fare. If the new flight costs less, the remaining value may be issued as a travel credit.
- Same-Day Changes: Same-day confirmed changes are available for a $75 fee for general and Premier Silver members, subject to availability. This fee is waived for Premier Gold, Premier Platinum, and Premier 1K members.
